Overview
Podiatry Broker operates as a centralized platform providing support, marketing, and administrative services to independent brokers. Each broker is an independent contractor and not an employee of Podiatry Broker. The brokerage provides infrastructure to facilitate client interactions, fee collection, and service delivery under a consistent brand.

Independent Broker Status
All brokers listed or operating under Podiatry Broker are independent contractors who set their own service fees and manage client engagements. Podiatry Broker does not assume liability for the independent actions of brokers beyond providing operational support.

Fee Collection and Service Payments
All client payments for broker services are collected centrally by Podiatry Broker. Brokers are responsible for paying their monthly service or affiliation fee to Podiatry Broker. After deducting the monthly fee, Podiatry Broker will remit the remaining client payment to the broker according to the agreed terms. Podiatry Broker does not maintain, manage, or operate escrow accounts or escrow services for client funds; each broker is solely responsible for handling any escrow arrangements or obligations associated with their client transactions.
