Earlier this year, we sold this White Plains, NY practice to our client who has now decided that he may explore selling this practice to relocate to Florida. 

This is a very rare situation, but the doctor's circumstances have changed since purchasing this practice, and he is seriously considering placing this practice on the market if he can transition straight into a South Florida practice.

Our client would like to find a doctor in South Florida that would like to sell their practice but would be patient in the process so that he can sell his NY practice. 

As this could take time, it would require a selling doctor in FL to be willing to wait to finalize the closing. The NY doctor would be willing to execute all agreements and place a deposit contingent on its practice selling in NY.
